Preface
It is hard to find words to prepare this Journey so all benefit. There are multiple prejudices on every side of something common, belonging to all. 10,000+years the pursuit of Spiritual connection and Medical application. But if you say Prayer you are shunned as religious, if you say Meditate you are Eastern or NEW-AGE. But Consciousness and Communion with Creator is the Road to Tree of Life. I will try to form this experience, but will not help without an open Heart & Mind, It will not help heal those who just read it.
GROWING THE SEED WITHIN
WE ALL HAVE THE SENSES AND ABILITY BORN WITHIN.
WE HAVE REPRESSED THEM IN OUR FLAWED SURITY OF THAT WHICH INSTEAD BRINGS DEATH
If chosen for the Olympics we would learn how to do everything different to win.
We would train each day, breath, eat, run differently ~ See everything as something to win or lose the race.
How come the race of Life does not matter?
If told you had cancer and had to do these things to Live would you? Why wait till you get it.
If you knew you could add years to all in family would you? Why wait for pain and suffering.
Changing your Lifestyle in this way is ~ a conscious rebirth in Life ~ a willingness to remove Death
Our lives have become an Addiction to Death ~ we think beyond change, in rationalized comfort of 1000 lies.
Many failed in quitting or changing and the reason is, we cannot succeed in self-help or even paid-instruction.
Because like any addiction you have to hate (Death) what it brings before you can remove it.
If you cannot work to remove it there is no place to be filled.
If you do not fill with something much desired and brings joy then the Old returns.
So you must let all go ~ and grasp with both hands fullness Life
So to succeed in diet you must love new foods and smells
To quit drinking Soda or Beer you will need tasty juices and teas to fill that programing!
To quit worthless OTC remedies ~ Use power and sweet smell if Essential Oils.
To restore mind and emotions ~ bathe in rebirth each day to new life
In each time you experience this path, the more of your inter-being reconnects and functions.
Soon your eyes, focus on each choice and opportunity ~ Your smells sharpen, detect, and discovery Life.

The Seed ~ Now to Sprout ~ Flower ~ Final Fruit
We like the plant, live to produce more Life.
As we grow outward in reach, we bring change that around us.
Growth
Sprout: We grow our Roots within our personal communion in daily feeding. We become a temple within, a dwelling in creator, tuned to reborn senses, renewing energy, healing, protecting and finding.
Flower: In same image, grows our Home, Temple, Santuary and Refuge from world. Opening Door should be Joy!
We find our whole home energizing and replentishing ~ Family & Pets benefit~ Guest in Hospitality blessed.
Fruit: As matured we grow outside out home ~ we seed new growth ~ add life where was none ~ bless others
